A brush seems to apply to much product in one area. I used a tile grout sponge to apply the product and found it to be a better applications method. I ordered two bottles for a 2005 VW Beetle top and the process took 1.5 bottles for the first coat. The product is water based so the second coat repels on the majority of the top and soaked in where the top had creases and those areas are where I suspect the top was actually leaking before the waterproofing was applied. The top looks great! The product worked very well. No more leaking.
