This is similar to other first Aid Kits but in a pretty good water proof bag. I gave it 4 stars because every first aid kit I have ever needed to use has been a little short of the supplies you wish you had if you have more than a minor injury to deal with. If you are going on the water take at least this Kit with you and a reliable way to call for help.
