thicc boi antennas, works with Linux out of the box
This OKN WiFi 6E AX5400 PCIe WiFi Card AX210 was just delivered today. I put it in my SFF Optiplex running Kubuntu 22.10. The wi-fi connected quickly and has stronger signal strength than the previous (MIS brand) adapter I was using. Likes: ⊛ thicc boi antennas - I've had expensive routers with smaller antennas than these chungus doohickies. ⊛ minipcie card is easy to remove in case future upgrades are needed. ⊛ low profile bracket included - Factory screws are on really tight. Don't use the included screwdriver to remove the full height bracket, you'll just strip the screw head. ⊛ screwdriver and case screw included - don't need it, but it's a thoughtful gesture that I appreciate. ⊛ driver CD included - Who even does that anymore? Nice people, that's who. Again, didn't need but still appreciate. ⊛ stronger signal strength than any other wi-fi adapter I've had in this location. (Probably due to dem thicc bois!) ⊛ lastly, but most importantly: works with Linux (Kubuntu 22.10) immediately. I wasted HOURS trying to get realtek and broadcom wifi chips to work on newer kernel, without success. As expected, the Intel chip on this wifi adapter worked immediately. Dislikes: Being super, extra, unnecessarily nitpicky; I don't like the thin metal antenna connector retention bracket for where the antenna leads connect to the wifi card itself. It's probably fine but would rather have seen plastic or non-conductive coating on a better quality metal piece. It's really no big deal, but I couldn't think of anything else to put under 'dislike'. Verdict: Based on the first hour of use after installing, I'd recommend this to anyone with a low profile computer and/or anyone wanting a solid Linux compatible wifi adapter. Wifi signal strength is better than expected and speed is what it should be. I can't speak to the Bluetooth yet, as I'm waiting on a header female to USB-A adapter cable to arrive. (no open USB headers on optiplex mobo).

Very easy to install even if you never done anything to your pc before.
if you have an old wifi card that reaches 433 mbps like my old card did i definitely recommend this product it was easy to install and boosted my mbps to 886 mbps, very good for its price and just amazing overall.

Excellent Wifi Card
I purchased one of OKN WIFI cards AX5400 and same was very easily to install and delivered extremely fast Wifi network connection to my Desktop PC tower. The Bluetooth worked good and has a descent range. I read some reviews and followed their advice and downloaded the drivers before installing the WIFI card that made installation very simple when my wifi card arrived, and installed the drivers one at a time for the Wifi and the Bluetooth rebooting the system after each installation. The Bluetooth is via a USB Header Cable which has to be connected to the motherboard and thereafter install the driver and reboot the system just a point to note: I would recommend that you check to see if you have a spare USB port on the motherboard for the Bluetooth connection if not you can purchase a USB Header Splitter the same time when ordering the wifi card which will give you a spare connection for the Bluetooth connection cost around 7 to 10 USD, some are cheaper ?. Anyone buying this card wont be disappointed as long as they follow the instruction on the installation I would recommend if you order a wifi card search for the drivers before delivery so that your fully ready to install the Wifi card when it arrives. It comes with a mini CD containing the drivers but its always good to have the current driver from the recommended Web Site my drivers came from the Intel official site , wifi and the Bluetooth drivers "If your not technically minded just ask around area for some help." I will not provide the site link for the drivers like some reviewers have as you may end up going to a wrong site and look to blame bearer. I had an issue not with the working of the card but the type which i received from Amazon which was address by the seller. OKN has excellent CSR the issue I had was dealt with very quickly over a two day period very professionally and the fault was not OKN but Amazon. Amazon CSR do respond very quickly but most are like robots and just repeat the answer to your compliant as to what they see on the computer screen from other Amazon "CSR" some times sending you the same answer with the same errors in the text. ?. Update 2024 February, card is still working great no issue I purchased a second one for an old laptop and its now firing very fast.

Strong WiFi performance. Very finicky bluetooth.
WiFi from this card is strong and consistent. I've had no reported drop-offs in connectivity since installing this over a year ago. Set-up with drivers was not the most user friendly process in the world but I figured it out. Bluetooth was a real bear to figure out as it does not run through the PCIE connection, rather, requires USB connection with your motherboard. In case this helps anyone specifically: After months of having no bluetooth capability, and a ton of troubleshooting, all I had to do was switch the USB port I was using on my motherboard. I have an ASUS Prime X570-P with an AMD 3900X CPU. I originally the AX210 card usb cable installed in the USB11 port (which is a USB 2.0 port, side note: it will not work in a 3.0 port) but for whatever reason it did not like that. Spent hours trying different driver versions and updates to no avail. Stupid/simple fix was simply installing the usb cable into the USB910 port instead (literally right next to the USB11 port). No idea why this worked but it did.

Working great for me
Working great for me. Driver installation instructions could be better, came with a disc but my pc doesn’t have a disc drive. Driver installation was easy after all said and done. Only get 2 outta 3 bars on WiFi, when my usb Wi-Fi got 3, but I have a lot of walls between the router. No lag on internet, so no worries. I only pay for low mbps with my service provider, can’t comment on high download speeds. Bluetooth is working great, my ps4 controller had issues connecting to a usb dongle. Controller connects like it’s paired to ps4 now.

Works flawlessly easy to install and set up
This wifi 6E card works amazing super easy to install and set up if you purchase this nd your motherboard already has. WiFi card built in make sure to disable the old one in the bios or your pc might end up into a boot loop and make sure to pre download the drivers for the WiFi and Bluetooth to install after the card is installed as you won’t have WiFi to download after unless you plug your pc into wired Ethernet to download them

Speed and ease are completely reliant on having the latest updates before attempting install.
If you're planning on using this device on MicroSoft Windows 10 make sure it is the latest release or that all updates are installed. I purchased to install on a Lenovo ThinkServer that needed Microsoft Windows 10 Professional installed as it was running Debian Linux previously. I have several MicroSoft OEM Install Discs. I installed Windows 10 Professional with the card already in place. It did not recognize the card. I loaded the trusty "included" install disc only to discover every driver required an additional download. On a PC with no internet, this could prove to be difficult. So I went on to read the "included" instructions on the "included" disc, only to discover that every instruction file was a shortcut to a website. Once again... on a PC with no internet, this could prove to be difficult. I was irate, but attempted one more thing before initializing a return. I downloaded the latest version of MicrSoft Windows 10 and created an install USB using my MacBook Pro. Not an easy task since the USB needs to be formatted FAT32 and the install image has one file at 6GB, not supported by FAT32, but I digress. After completing the Microsoft Windows 10 Professional with the latest install image... everything worked. Bluetooth, WiFi, everything was perfect with no additional tasks needed. I use Remote Desktop from my MacBook Pro regularly and even watching YouTube through the Remote Desktop has no issues. Speed and ease are completely reliant on having the latest updates before attempting install. Do that and it's a fantastic card and WiFi option for your desktop.
