Tangy and rich
This is my new favorite treat to buy myself. I took a baguette and sliced it up and spread some olive oil over those slices and toasted them at 425 degrees for about 8 minutes. Then I laid fresh basil leaves atop those slices, added a slice of fresh mozzarella and split some grape tomatoes in half and put the halves on flat side down on the cheese. I then added this reduction and BAM it was a magical flavorful explosion dancing across my taste buds. Now I cannot stop making this.

Delicious without added sugars!
A dear friend made me breakfast awhile back and offered me this to put on it. Amazing. I immediately got on Amazon and ordered it. Will try some of the other flavors as well. Loved that this one was so healthy without a bunch of sugar and still tasted delicious.

A little goes a long ways.
It has a thick consistency like syrup and when you pour it on your salad, it sticks. It doesn’t all end up in the bottom of the bowl, like regular, like regular balsamic vinegar does.
