BonCera, Premium Ceramic Garlic Grater Plate Set - White Olive

Love using this for garlic and ginger. Cute enough to leave out on display in the kitchen.

This thing is great! I’d much rather use this than a micro plane. So easy!

We have given 6 of these garlic grating plates to friends of ours who love good food. We pull ours out for entertaining all the time and even use it on our own when we are feeling decadent! The color/design options are great since we were able to match to the homes we bought them for, and match our kitchen. They are so simple yet effective for grating garlic and then, we have access to gourmet olive oils, playing with those flavors, mopped up with a good baguette is all great fun.

I love this product so much that I had to gift some to my friends that love to cook! It’s perfection use it a lot for ginger and garlic and it makes my life easier. It’s very easy to clean and it’s also pretty to display.

I love the fact that this grater does such a great job on grating ginger.

Cute but smaller than expected

I purchased 3 of these 2 are for Easter gifts. I saw a similar one made in Turkey at at flower show for $45 each. It worked so fast, ceramic tines were extremely sharp and raised. This one I purchased it works but much shorter and not as sharp. It did get the garlic shredded. The ease was not there. For the difference in price I decided to keep mine. It is better that a grater plane as to less cutting of fingers and brush allows it to remove easy unlike a grater. It also looks nice and comes with a stand. Others I looked at said the tines broke easily so I purchased this with better reviews. If I didn't try the one at the show I wouldn't of known the difference.

This works great but if you start with garlic, the brush will never small the same. Otherwise I live the way it quickly grates garlic.
