NeilMed Cleanse Sterile Saline Wound Wash, 6 Ounce

I had a bump on my helix piercing for MONTHS that wouldn’t heal for love nor money, but healed wonderfully for our Neil . Used it on a cotton pad twice daily for a couple of weeks, healed right up and I’ve had no problems since. If I could give 4.5 I would, purely because it shoots out like a cannon. Absolutely horrifying and drenching, but if you do it lightly and slowly it’s fine. That’s why I use it on a cotton pad much easier. But that means it also lasts longer too because you don’t need as much, so would recommend

I was surprised that pharmacies generally do not stock sterile wound saline. This is a great product. It will clean wounds when re-dressing and help to prevent infection. As another reviewer mentioned it is a strong spray on full pressure on the button. Have a trial go and if pressed gently it is a perfect trickle to wash a wound. Don’t forget to order some STERILE GAUZE WIPES too!

Highly recomended,I damaged my new nose piercing that badly I thought it would never heal used this product and it sorted it within 3 weeks.

I've bought this several times as it's been the best thing to clean my ear piercings with. It's a bit expensive and I agree with other reviews that it runs out VERY quickly (if you're cleaning twice a day, one can might last a little less than a week). I managed to get it on offer once for £5/can and wish I'd stocked up more!

It’s easy to use but omg the spray on the bottle is so powerful lol but it’s I’ve used it a few times on my piercing so I reordered it helps heal them very easily and it’s good for on the go in general this product is very easy and very good to use defo good if your piercing is fresh it gets all the crusty bits off

so helpful for when i had my tragus and conch pierced at the same time, making the saline solution was tiresome and long, just sprayed this on either directly on my ear or onto a cotton pad and held it there to let it soak!!

This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but it’s still a good product.

i spent like half an hour trying to get any spray to come out. i genuinely thought i got really out of shape lol but you really have to push down on the nozzle for anything to come out. it got annoying so i just put it in another spray bottle, and it’s fine. I’ve been using this to clean my new nipple piercings and it’s really nice! barely any irritation from them. it’s great with piercings is my point lol (and worth the money)
