I've had the larger version of this for several years, but finally broke down and bought the smaller one too for making roast chicken recipes where you don't want a larger surface area so the vegetables and sauces that accumulate under the chicken disappear or burn during cooking. It works well, and it's well built. It's also fairly pricey, so if you're not going to use it often, I'd opt for a cheap aluminum disposable pan in this side from the grocery store instead.

We’ve used a very large roasting pan for years that does the job but is larger than it needs to be most of the time, whether for a turkey or a half rib roast. We love the brand and quality, and a huge plus is it actually fits in the sink to soak and clean it!

I love everything All clad. I have many pieces and cooking is so fun with this brand of cookware rather it be roasters, pops and pans.

I am very pleased with the quality of this pan, the only downside is it seems to scratch easily.
