Does what it's suppose to do during a workout.

Nice and durable bands, but different than the standard rubber resistance bands. Not as much "give", so I don't really feel like they are not as stretchy as I'm used to with the rubber. They say they are non-slip, but they do slip when using leggings during some exercises. However, they are durable, strong, and have a good weight resistance for a good workout. I contemplated on going back to rubber, but my current ones that I bought this to replace has a slight tear, so I've been fearful of it snapping. So both rubber and these fabric ones both have pros and cons.

For my first pair I did good . I do wish they were a little tighter . Very comfy to use .

Seem like very high quality bands, very comfortable against my body. Much different from the latex ones that roll or cut into your skin. Very pleased with this purchase especially when you consider the price. These will be gift items for family and friends!

These band are the BOMB! They are very comfortable while doing leg exercises. They don't roll down like the plastic ones. That being said, they are too hard to use for your upper body. At least for me, they do not have enough give to do arm exercises. However it is good to help your form on push ups. Buy them if you are thinking about it. i don't think you would be disappointed.
