Amazing value compared to DC oem parts
This cable fits perfectly, snaps in tightly, and both GA phono plugs are of great quality. Compared to the coiled only offering from David Clark (for $150), this blows it out of the water. Many people do not want a coiled cord, but DC, like GM, thinks they alone know what is best for everyone. Buy this aftermarket cord and get a straight, 2 meter (6.5 feet) dual-plug GA cord for your David Clark H10 series headset with XLR5 female port. A great value.

Cut it up
Tried to use this to replace a headset cord and it was a dismal failure. You can't solder the little braid wires inside this thing.
