Bought these on an offer, and had them now for a couple of days. I am using them with a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 & they have worked well.The sound quality is fine, people tell me they can hear me well on calls, there is no significant extraneous hiss.They compare well to some older mid price Sony Bluetooth over the ear headphones in terms of quality.The buds stayed in my ears OK walking about and going up & down stairs (not tried a more vigorous test).Build quality is likewise good - nicely packaged, the buds feel solid. The charger works fine, keeps closed and is small to carry.I would recommend

Overall they are a nice pair of wireless ear buds, they look great, are lightweight and the case is also small but sturdy with a nice magnetic lid. The sound was alright, I personally would of liked them to go louder. The downside for me was they wouldn't sit in my ears properly (I have small ears) they kept falling out. They only stayed in my ears once I removed the rubber cushion bit from the ear bud.

Used, cheap, low quality product.Trust me, don't buy at this cost.Description is misleading.Update: I got my money back. Arbily's customer service is good. They approached me personally to address my concerns. Rating increased for their customer service.
