I'm giving this 2 stars because the chain gets zero stars & I would give the Key 5 stars. The Key is very well done & attractive, but with the chain it came with, which I personally think is worthless, they should drop the price & just offer the Key pendant, or supply a good chain. 16" chains are my favorite length, but all this one does is lie twisted around your neck & there is no way to make it lie flat. It detracts from the appearance & is annoying. This is probably due to the fact that it's an extremely thin box chain instead of a different pattern chain. Luckily I have a beautiful 16" wheat pattern chain that looks fantastic with the Key. So basically I paid $40 for the Key charm... Also, look closely at some of the other reviews - it looks like somebody from the company purchased their own product & then posted a glowing review... IMO... I'll probably keep the Key because I like it that much, but very disappointed about the chain.

great gift. gave to my daughter. makes me the greatest dad ever! she hasn't taken it off yet.
