Authentic Italian pasta, chewy yet soft and has a bite. I made an aglio olio pasta with chicken and veggies. Boil it for 10-12 minutes and let the rest of the cooking happen while tossing with or without sauce ( your choice).

Flavor regular pasta, takes too long to cook. I pressure cook for 7-8 whistles.
