This is a large bag of butterfly pea flowers. They are of good quality and all natural. They come in a vacuum sealed clear bag inside a resealable retail bag. A desiccant packet is sealed with the flowers to keep them dry and fresh. These flowers have good health benefits. They are a good antioxidants and help improve blood circulation. They are pleasant to drink as a tea, and can also be as a food coloring.I have tried these as a tea and it tastes good and refreshing. The tea is a deep blue in color and will change to purple when the pH balance is changed. It is interesting and fun to watch the color change as you add lemon juice to it. It can be sweetened with a bit of honey if desired. It can be enjoyed hot or cold. It is more refreshing when served chilled.You can also use these flowers as a natural food color. They add a beautiful blue color to bakery, smoothies, yogurt, desserts, and even eggs. You can add a few drops of lemon juice to adjust the color too.Overall, this is a large bag of good-quality butterfly pea flowers. These are whole flowers and look clean. I take it for it’s medicinal properties. Flavor to me is ok with raw honey. I docked 1 star for flavor. Not sure how well it works for me yet.

I use Blue Butterfly Pea to make tea and to use for coloring in drinks. It comes in one large foiled zip lock bag and inside is a large vacuum sealed bag with the flowers.Since it’s a lot and don’t want them to be spoiled, I decided to store them in smaller vacuum seal bags by splitting the amount I would use in 2 months. It’s very tightly packed so you would need to unclump the flowers but you will need to be very gentle when pulling the flowers apart or it will break into smaller pieces.To make Blue Butterfly pea tea I would use 4-5 flowers in two cups of hot water at the temperature of 185F. Then remove the flowers after 5 minutes of seeping in the hot water. Initial color would be blue but you can use lemon or lime to change the color to purple which is pretty neat.This is good quality but challenging to break apart as it’s tightly packed together, but overall it’s good and worth the price.

We use Butterfly Pea Tea for brewing sweet tea to make into kombucha. This is a large bag at just over a pound. It produces beautiful blue tea. This tea is worth brewing if only to look at the beautiful blue color. I find it to be quite mild when I drink it straight. It is also yummy with a hint of honey :) This is a huge bag so I have been sharing it with my tea drinking friends.

Taste nasty only color, never order again.Had to throw away. So embarrassing to serveto friends.

I had not tried this tea before with another company to be able to compare this one to. However, my experience is that the tea arrived early, as well as very well packaged for freshness and sterility. I would definitely buy this product again!

The tea does turn blue if you follow the instructions. The purple dried flowers need to be added to the tea in order to get the colour. The taste is bland but with some lemon it tastes good plus it will turn it purple.

I really like this tea, good health benefits. I use it as a rinse for stronger hair. I will buy it again
