I heard about this on a podcast and I usually don't pay much attention to podcast commercials or sponsorships. But, I gave this one a try and it's actually really good, much better than other turmeric supplements I've tried. It's expensive but, if you feel that turmeric is something you really need to take, this is a good one and I believe it's worth it. A friend has severe back pain and can't take any sort of pain medication because of other health issues and she really feels like this helps. I'd definitely recommend trying it!

Best turmeric supplement! Some turmeric supplements I can't feel a difference - this one is unlike all the rest. It alleviates my lower back pain barely feel it when I take this supplement.

I've just started using this product for the first time, but I am excited to see how it works for me. I have minimal aches and pains as I am getting older and am hoping to see good results. I am very pleased with what I read on the Paleo Valley website. I only purchased this product from Amazon so I could get the free shipping. I have not experienced any aftertaste when taking the capsules nor do I have any problem swallowing them, though they are rather large.

I switched to this from another product because a friend recommended it. She claims she can feel a complete difference but I didn't notice anything in 3 weeks time of taking it every night. I switch to a product with a higher dosage. I think it might just be person dependent and what your body is accustomed to already.

I've been using PaleoValley Tumeric for many years. I love the Tumeric as I know I don't eat enough foods containing the nutrients I need..at least not on a regular/steady basis. Having to have an existing regimin for taking heart meds, these Tumeric capsules were very easy to add to an existing regimin.
