These are as described. They are pretty big, but I guess you'll expect that. Price was reasonable for the amount you get. Hard to know if they make a difference, but as with most supplements you have to take them over a long period of time, and trust the process.

These work very well to perk me up in certain ways but they do give me a terribly bad stomach to the point I can't use them.

I have been using this as part of a supplement package for my weight training programme. Along with protein and creatine I consider this an an essential, and inexpensive compared to some other brands. Will continue to purchase.
