She seems to think it helps her sleep. I'm sure there's a magnesium deficiency, as most people are deficient. I sprayed some of this on my lower legs and it gave off a slight burning sensation, nothing at all bad by any means, but that's a sign of deficiency. Works well and it's quality ingredients.
