Durability and customer service
I’ve only used the chair twice while on a cruise ship. The first time it worked great. The second time the cable feeding the left wheel broke and the chair had to be used manually the whole week we were on the ship which severely restricted my ability to move around on and off the ship. I sent a message to the seller but have not gotten a reply. The mechanic on the ship looked at it and said the cable had wrapped itself around the inside of the wheel. They would not repair it because it was privately owned

Overall, ok
My husband had surgery on his foot and has been unable to walk for 8 weeks. Due to arthritis in his shoulders, crutches are painful. We looked at many different wheelchairs, different prices. I needed to be able to lift it into the back of my SUV. There were more expensive chairs that were light weight, but we didn't want to invest too much for, hopefully, a temporary situation. The wheel chair itself if snazzy! Gold frame, comfy seat, The arm rests are poorly designed: they merely sit on a bracket that does nothing to hold them in place. We ended up duck taping the armrests to the frame. Problem solved. The worst issue he has with the wheelchair is the joystick. When he first gets in to go somewhere, it refuses to budge. Battery full, power on- it just sits there for several seconds, and doesn't always respond when he wants it to turn. Doesn't sound like a real problem, but if he has to go to the bathroom, he needs it to move immediately. My husband is very adapt at maneuvering the wheelchair, once it gets going. Overall, it is doing the job.

Weight is way off,
Not close to advertised weight of 40 lbs. more like 65 lbs. no strap for your calf’s to rest against. Can NOT use with one hand to open or close much less a handicapped person being able to lift it into the trunk. Bad buy all the way around.

Joystick does need time to get used to
I like the design. It is very fancy. It takes two seconds to fold up and unfold. It fits my jetta trunk.Only problem is joystick. Joystick does need time to get used to. When I use it first time, i felt unsafe and joystick is jerky. After a few days, I became a expert.

This is the one to buy
This chair everything it’s reported to be. It is very light for me to load and unload when compare old one. This one by far is easiest and comfortable.

Adds greater independence
Like the narrow turning radius. The extremely sensitive joy stick takes some getting used to. The brakes are not good - for us it is a two person transfer anyway so not a problem. Easy recharge and long lasting battery. Does not like a lumpy carpet so we added plastic runways. Overall , though, we are pleased. It is "light weight" but far too heavy for me to load into a car so we will need a power lift or just use the transfer wheelchair we have.

Worth the money but......
For the price worth it. Switching it from right to left hand is a bit of a pain especially because manual is in Chinese or something. It actually ways 43lbs
