I have done some thing similar myself using the center section piece include with rerailer track #20-026. I used the center section and another rerailer to cross two parallel tracks. The gates are passive and can only be moved manually. **Q: Does this come in the double track?** A: It is a single track. You can make it a double if you add a rerailer. **Q: Can this be operational with HO Scale tracks?** A: No. The Kato crossing is only for n scale Kato track.
