This mattress topper ticks all the boxes. Very soft and comfortable. I was sceptical about the water resistant, as it's very soft and doesn't have a crinkly noise. I ran this under the tap and it completely held the water and was dry on the underside. Very impressed with this protecter. I recently ordered a new mattress and the salesman tried to upsell me a £75 protector! Very glad I held off and ordered this one.

Very soft and the mattress is immaculate even after after an accidental slushy spill "test". Though it's meant to be used with a sheet, I had to go without for a few days and it was comfortable, cool and soft even on its own. Washes well but will absorb a lot of water so might have to do an extra spin cycle after because it does its job too well 😄

It's a nice product but I bought it hoping it would have some cooling properties, but like some others, I find it more heating than cooling. It doesn't have the coolness of my bamboo sheets, maybe because of the texture. If you aren't looking for cooling, then it's a good product, fits nicely, and is comfortable.

These protective mattress covers are great , my hubby swears a lot in bed so bought these to protect new , very expensive mattress, what more can I say but they do the job well . Only thing is when washing them they hold on to water , and they take some drying and obviously you can’t put them in the dryer , so need good drying day .

Fortunately we are not bed setters so the only evidence I have that this is water resistant is because my husband managed to spill a whole mug of coffee over it the day after we started to use it! This was fantastic as we'd just purchased a new bed and our mattress still looks brand we too😀Now, because it held all of that cup of coffee, it also takes some drying, so my advice would be to buy two so you always have one ready to put on your bed (but more of its for incontinence use, you won't regret the purchase).The reason we purchased this mattress cover was because I'd heard that rubber backed cover a help keep you cool and I think this does that job well. Brilliant for anyone who gets a tad hot overnight, especially if paired with bamboo silk sheets (better quality and durability than silk sheets).Certainly pleased with this purchase.

I am over the moon with this protector, I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews.I can't speak to how waterproof this sheet is, as I haven't yet spilled anything on it. We bought a new mattress back in September 2021 and given how expensive they are I wanted to ensure it stayed in tip top shape! However, I was dubious about getting this topper as a number of people said it was noisy and stiff. Given amazon's amazing return policy I decided to get it anyway.This topper is super soft, super flexible and not at all noisy. Obviously, it is stiffer and noisier than a normal cotton fitted sheet, but that's simply because it has a waterproof backing. The upper material is really soft. And moving around on the bed in the night is not a problem. We get an excellent night's sleep and we are never woken up by noise.We have been using it for about 4 months now and there's no damage, rips, etc. It still looks brand new. Couldn't recommend this enough. My only nit pick, if I had to give one, would be that it isn't particularly fitted. I feel the elastic isn't the tighted and so the sheet doesn't fit very snug. However, it does fit around the mattress and stays relatively in place.
