The best Indian sauce in a jar we’ve had, which makes some of the best Indian we’ve had!!
This sauce is the perfect thing to tie everything together in a quick weeknight low-carb dinner that really satisfies. We eat good Indian food a lot in our household, and the flavor of this sauce really holds up authenticity-wise. It has fantastic depth of flavor. It is not at all spicy, so we tend to add spice to the meat, cheese, veggies, etc. during sautéing before adding the sauce. Without using a rice or something to soak it up, 2 jars of this easily makes 3 meals for 2. Highly recommended to sauté/brown chicken halfway, then add paneer and sauté until done, then add sauce and simmer 10-15 min, then remove and re-fry the paneer in butter in another pan. It makes a fabulous healthy dish that’s got fantastic macros for keto and low carb diets.

Absolutely delicious and absolutely mild!
It's nearly impossible to find mild Indian masala sauces in the grocery stores. My daughter brought home the last Maya Kaimal on the shelves (hidden 'way back behind the 5-alarm spicy) and it was just wonderful! Took a chance and went to Amazon... lo and behold! And they're cheaper than the grocery. Indian is now a weekly dinner and the taste is fabulous.
