Mix well.5) Add 1 Tbsp (add more or less to taste but don't skip this) of white sugar to the curry to cut and balance the acidity / sourness of the crushed tomatoes6) Add additional salt to taste.7) Add the chicken back to the curry and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes8) Finish with cream and continue simmering on low heat until the curry thickens to your liking1 Tbsp of sugar might seem like a lot, but the recipe needs that to mellow out the acidity in the tomatoes.
