Super simple to use!
These hip bands are thick, durable material. They have an antislide type material on the inside and came with simple to follow exercise booklet. I like the 3 size options and carrying bag also.

Small, but mighty.
I live in an RV, so I don’t have room for big exercise equipment. These definitely don’t take up much space. They are great for adding resistance to squats and stability to sit ups. If i wasn’t so sore from “testing” them, I’d have made a video to show you. lol

Adds difficulty
The bands are very comfortable since they are a fabric but they still provide great resistance. There are 3 tension levels depending on your strength or the move you are doing and they come in a bag making them easy to travel with.

Very helpful
Amazing!!!! Had some of the elastic ones and they would roll up like no ones business. These are thick, stay in place, and you can tell that they won’t rip or tear. Great quality, definitely worth the extra scratch especially if you have issues with the elastic ones rolling!

Great set with 3 difference size with different color
The set is great for adding resistance to squats which is exactly what I am looking for. And with 3 different size, I can work out different parts of my body. The carrying bag is a plus to organize ad keep them together. Also, the fabric is very comfortable.

I’m a stay at home momma so going to the gym is a rare occasion and these bands are perfect to get a serious workout.
