I bought this to take to work to cook beef stew for my office. It was a huge hit for our weekly construction meeting. It cooks with a high degree of temperature controls to the wattage. Great product!

Great for the price point. Would recommend. We don't use it very frequently though so I'm not sure how it works when used often.

Was happy with way it looked and worked then started having problems with it. Was browning meat at 2200 watts added seasoning and turned the burner down to 600 watts the simmer the meat, within minutes the meat begain to burn, turned it down to 200 watts and it was still burning so turned the burner off. The next night I was boiling German Sausage after 45 minutes the water had never gone into a rolling boil at 2200 watts. I remembered about the meat the night before so I turned the burner down to 600 watts and the water went into a rolling boil. After a few minutes The code E6 popped up on the display and the burner shut off. The code E6 is power met over temperature or open test. Not sure what the heck that means so I contacted the company. Took pictures to show them what it's doing, They are sending me out a new one.Update: after 2 weeks and no replacement has arrived and no email response when asked for tracking number had to contact Amazon, replacement will be here by the end of the week. Will let you know.Update 2: got a email from the Company Tuesday December 3 with a tracking number. The Tracking shows that the burner was at the post office but couldn't be delivered because the shipper had only put my first name and the town on the label. NO LASTNAME, NO ADDRESS and it got sent back to the warehouse. Had to get Amazon involved, a new one is supposed to be delivered this Friday, should have demanded my money back and not have to deal with this Company anymore. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...Update: got the new burner. This one works great. There's not a drag on the knob when you turn it. What ever you set the burner on it stays at that temp till you change it. Had a problem getting a pot of water to a rolling boil, set it to boil then turned it up to 2200, there was small bubbles coming from the bottom of the pot but not a rolling boil that you need to boil eggs. But I can live with it till i replace it with one that works.

I really like hot pot, so I bought it to use with hot pot. It is simple to use. Turn it on and use the knob to adjust the temperature level. It heats hot pot very fast and makes me so happy. You know, when you got hot pot, you don't want wait 10+ minutes to eat your favorite food. With this cooktop, only couple minutes, I can eat my favorite food. It also looks pretty and easy to clean.

Definitely this is not and induction cooktop but a hot plate. Other than that I love it !! Pros: more power = 2200 watts,uses any cook ware: steel ,aluminum,iron vs induction, great price and very user friendly.

This is the first induction plate I have ever owned. My complaint is that there is no instructions on the settings to use. I do enjoy using it.

I like it it seems to work well but the temperature adjustment button doesn't work so I had to give it 2 stars because I have to go through the hassle of returning it and blah blah thank goodness I got the warranty... You should test each item before you send it out it would save you some trouble

Do not like that cannot stop flashing and have to unplug to know the unit is off and completely safe.
