I read the studies regarding how a higher dose of histidine can boost pro-filaggrin and filaggrin production in your body, and consequently, help with any eczema issues. It has only been a week and I have noticed a slight positive difference. I will report back in about a month. I read a medical journal research article showing 4gm/day of L-histidine to be very effective in treating eczema. I can’t afford the cost of that dosage so I am only taking 1gm/day (2capsules).
