These orthotics give really good support and are comfortable in my trainers and work boots. They have certainly helped to relieve my plantar fasciitis. The price is a little higher than other makes but worth the extra as they are well finished and hard wearing.

They work brilliantly relieving my aching arches

These are great for me as I have narrow feet. Due to the trainer's I am wearing which are designed more for people with wide feet my heels move around when walking not giving me the support I need this causes stress on my ankles which is very painful. Threse insole keep my heals in place putting less stress on my ankles and after 2 weeks the pain in my ankle is almost gone. So for me these insoles are well worth the money.

Everyone’s feet are different and I have plantar fasciitis and for me these are the best I’ve tried and I must have tried about 10 pairs including those recommended by the podiatrist. I like them because they are three quarters in length which means they fit easily into every shoe including my old ones. I am currently buying shoes half a size larger and the fit is perfect. The sides are larger which is ideal for people with pronation problems and the heel fits snugly inside. The arch is high but once you are used it they are very comfortable. I can now walk about 2/3 miles a day comfortably without any problems. I would recommend anyone to try them. I am now buying my second pair but the first pair are still going strong.

I've had a few pairs of 3/4 insoles for over pronation / plantar. These seem good quality but the bulge at the front for metatarsal support was not comfortable for me. This is a different design to a number of other insoles. Sounds like they are great for many people but didn't suit me.

Wasted money on so called arch supports that squashed flat. These are hospital issue HARD orthotics that my son was issued with from age 2. It is necessary to wear them for at least 4 - 5 hours a day for remedial effect but after that - wear what you wish or go barefoot. You will notice a decreasing of hip, foot and lower back pain I'm sure. For children with fallen arches or knock knees - they are essential to prevent disalignment of growing bones.

I have bought these to supplement my custom fitted insoles. I use these in my sports shoes and gardening shoes. They are adequate for these but would not be ok for continuous use. I like the arch raise but the bulge aft of the metatarsal is not high enough for my needs. C For the price, they are very good as they cost only 5% of the price of my. Custom made insoles. Suggest they are well worth a try, they may suit your feet perfectly.

Las compré hace 20 días y las he probado bien tengo una inflamación del músculo grueso de la fascia y el médico me recomendó unas pantillas de descarga en la ortopedia me pedían 200€ así que les di una oportunidad a estas que me parecieron bien ya que solo coge el talón y el puente en los dedos también tengo problemas y no quería que me los subieran para arriba trabajo en una zapatería y las he visto de todas formas y colores Bueno pues experiencia Caben en todos mis zapatos y deportivas Se adaptan a la perfección yo sigo teniendo inflamada la fascia pero no me duele si no las llevo que ya lo he probado volvemos al dolor insoportable Si huelen mal las lavas y listo Igual no es lo mejor para todo el mundo pero a mi me funciona Las recomiendo no pierdes mucho por el precio pero si lo acierta verás que muy bien

Es cómodo, al principio cuesta un poco adaptarse, pero ayuda con el dolor, con lo cual es más fácil de acostumbrase. Me he comprado otro par para estar por casa, ya que el que compré es para trabajo, estoy 8 horas de pie y caminando
