Taste isn't the greatest (my fault for getting sour gummy bear) but the pump was amazing. Definitely worth it for the price (bought on sale for less than $1 per scoop). I liked it so much I'm also going to buy the zero stim version.

For somsone who loves pre workout it is very strong but it is very effective and helps the workouts !!

Have taken the product for a long time and really liked it. I bought a new jar and it had a funny aftertaste. So I ordered a jar online. It also had the really weird aftertaste. Really disappoints me because I love this product but it tastes like c*** now. I hope somebody there has the brains to put it back the way it was

I used to use Assault pre-workout, but ever since I found Total war, I haven't looked back. I love the flavor and I don't feel like I'm going to have a heart attack when I take it. In fact, I feel like I can lift heavier and for longer period of time. I would not recommend any other caffeine when taking this as it has over 300 mg. But if you're used to pre-workout, give this a shot. This should not be taken if this is your first time taking pre-workout though.

Great flavor and a fast acting pre-workout. The Total War line has been great, I really feel it's not just fast acting but long lasting and helps me get through those extended workouts. This flavor reminds me of a sweet tart candy and will definitely order again in the future.
