They fit well and have a good amount of stickiness on the backing. I like that there are clear indicators on the backing strip that show which way to fit them best. I find these good for daytime when you don't want a larger pad. For me though I find that I'm wearing a 6 drop more often than not. They work well and I haven't had any overflow issues at all.
