I ordered 2 "like new" from warehouse because they are stackable. When they arrived, they are clearly not "like new". One was actually partially assembled (or disassembled) with some fabric shelves ripped, and both have connectors loose all over the box. Amazon CS took care of the issue and told me to keep the shelves.I then scavenged all the parts and created this 1.5 shelve. I was really hoping to be able to make this 3 wide but didn't have enough 5 way connectors to make that happen.All in all, I am very satisfied with product. It's very light weight but sturdy enough that I am not concerned that it would collapse. As you can see in photo, mine holds 20 pairs of shoes and 10 pairs of boots pretty easily. I'll probably secure it to the wall at some point so it doesn't shift while taking shoes in and out.I wish they had some kind of rubber feet to attach to the bottom so it can be a little more stable.

This product did well for what we needed it to. All I wanted was a cheap large rack to put all of our shoes and boots on. Wooden and other heavy duty ones can be very spendy, easily over double the price. This is a very flimsy product I don't expect it to last years and years, it is, however, very easy to assemble (no tools required). But the ease to assemble also means that same ease to disassemble. If you try to move this product be very careful as it tends to fall apart upon moving. Instructions were not very clear, and ended up with a ton of extra rods so I'm not sure if that's just intended for different setups or what but they will most likely end up in the trash. Fits roughly a dozen low top shoes and half dozen mid and larger.

Great sturdy dhoe rack that is doesnt take up too much closet space, yet hokds a ton of my shoes. The downside is that the assembly was incredibly confusing due to the instructions. The tiny letters on the instructions were very hard to read because they were so small and in very light print. I woukd give it 5 stars but instead giving 4 stars because I literally gave up lon the assembly so it stood in an empty room in my house half assembled because I literally dreaded getting back to trying to put it together! I was straining my eyesight just to read the instructions. Once assembled, great product. Better instructions please!

bought this to replace a horrible broken-plastic-connector/bent, thin metal tube/cheap plastic sheet shoe holder that broke more every time i tried to move it to clean under it. don't know why i thought this was different, but it is the same construction-- however, it does seem to be a higher quality. took a while to put together- i made more spaces for boots in mine, so i had a lot of extra pieces. a lot of putting together and taking back apart- if you struggle with ikea i would not recommend this for you. the end result is very taut, and looks pretty nice really. the side holders for slippers are garbage, and look it, but otherwise is very streamlined and has nice lines.

I like to think I’m fairly competent when it comes to assembling furniture. Just recently, I disassembled, and reassembled an ikea bed without any of the original tools or pieces that it came with. I figured this would be a piece of cake. It was not.This shoe rack presented to me an opportunity to reflect on my self image as “fairly competent.” I thought to myself, “am I actually skilled or am I just faking it?” After confronting the imposter syndrome head on, I powered through and eventually the best shoe rack $27 will buy, emerged from the ashes of my ego.I highly recommend this to any individual who is currently questioning their place in this world, someone who is willing to shake their very core of their ego, and ultimately, someone who needs to store roughly 20 pairs of shoes.All joking aside, I didn’t receive an instructions manual but instead received an opportunity for personal growth and development. 3/5 stars.

Overall great product. Sturdy, light weight, reported measurements are accurate.The individual shelves hold two pairs of shoes. The shelf material looks to be water resistant. It’s plastic but has a nice look to it and does not appear to be cheap.The downside are the instructions. They are hard to follow. However, You can easily take the piece apart and redo it without damaging the product. There were a couple of times I had to do this. It just takes a little extra time.A couple of tips-1) in the first picture keep all of the ‘holes’ up for every connector piece. I mistakenly mixed this up a couple of times. 2) don’t forget to add the side pieces while you are constructing the top and bottom. The directions don’t mention them. You can always add them later but it saves a little bit of time if you add them at the beginning.

Assembly wasn't bad just time consuming. Sadly wasn't able to assemble entirely as it is missing 2 of the connectors so it sits in my garage uncompleted. Disappointed to say the least.UPDATE: I did contact the seller, and they will be sending the missing pieces thankfully. They responded quickly and had no issue sending the pieces actually asked me if anything else was missing, and apologized for the inconvenience.

Listen for the price, it's perfect. The size is exactly what I needed. In some cases I can get 3 pairs of my shoes on one shelf. It's perfect for the basement entryway. I loved it so much I ordered another for the front entryway. Shoes, kids backpacks on the bottom shelf. It's plastic, it's not fancy, and my husband hated the instructions. He said the picture on the internet was way more useful. But if you need order In a small space it's perfect. Could even be in the bathroom.
