Right out of the package, you could tell this was quality material and a quality made product. The sock was a thick material, excellent stitching, sturdy nylon ties for attaching. We made a wind sock pole out of a 10 foot piece of PVC pipe. Put a stainless steel eye bolt and nut through the center of the end cap then glued it onto the pole. Attach an aluminum key ring ( so it doesn't rust) to the bolt eye and snap on the Windsock. I slip the pvc pipe over our dock pole.This sock gets the sun off the lake and the wind and rain and so far, has held up. Ends aren't battered and the color remains solid. No fading.

We boat on Lake Erie, where a seagull decided to nest on our boat cover. We needed a deterrent that wasn't harmful to him, yet would stand up to Lake Erie weather - your windsock fit the bill perfectly! The streamers are long enough to just brush the cover - which he hates - and we love it. It's well made, sturdy and patriotic. The swivel hook fit on our Marine radio antenna easily and we double secured it with plastic tie-wraps that we had in our toolbox. In my opinion, this product is worth a try!

Flying it high and proud! Hooked on a small hook from my porch. The little clamp was hard to get over the hook but I know it's not going anywhere and I'm thankful everyday for our servicemen who put their life on the line for us; so this is just a small statement of appreciation :)It is pretty long at 5 feet, so make sure when you hang it that it doesn't drag on the ground!!It may just be red, white and blue...but the colors are so vibrant on the flag - LOVE IT!Received this product for review for unbiased opinion - all statements are my sole opinions and 100% honest!

It is cheaper made then previous windsocks bought since the stars are not sewn on and after one storm the red & white tails are fraying despite the sewn ends. Usually buy one every spring and it lasts till fall when the north winds start coming thru. Don't Think any of these socks in this price range will last thru storms with high winds for a full year. If you can remove them, they might last longer, but you don't always have sufficient warning. In the past I have found the string that allows the sock to be secured to a support will break before a year is up due to the weathering of the string and winds.

It worked for us but we've only had a few months and it's already faded pretty badly.

I received my American flag windsock today and hung it within 10 minutes of opening the package. I already adore it so much! It is very well made. I live in an area that has wind almost all the time so it has been moving ever since I put it outside. The swivel hook feature is great and the windsock spins nicely. I like the movement of the red & white tails. I will look at other windsocks sold by Zcutt Home Goods as well! This is a wonderful item!!

We put this on our dock on the river and it recieves a pretty constant breeze blowing through it, so it will last a few months before it starts showing some frayed ends, but looks great. For the price, its a great windsock, but it won;t last a year, so be prepared to get another if you like the way it looks. We do.

This is the third or fourth year that we've ordered these windsocks. We live in a "high wind" area so most windsocks don't hold up well; these do. Other windsocks have been in shreds in a very short period of time; these outlast any other ones we've had in the past. Have been very pleased with the quality and the reasonable pricing. Am sure will be ordering again in the future. Highly recommend.
