Have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar for a while and wanted an alternative to liquid. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave a nasty taste in your mouth.Apple Cider Vinegar is good for the digestive system and is supposed to help with belly fat. I definitely find it helps with bloating and keeps everything ticking over nicely

I was introduced to this product by a friend as an alternative to drinking vinegar each morning. I have to say that it is a very effective way of taking vinegar as not having to taste it makes eating my breakfast more palatable and enjoyable. I have also tried the turmeric capsules which are just as effective as tumeric has been known to stain the teeth. In addition to it's effectiveness as a product, I have also done a price check and found it to be considerably cheaper than Holland and Barret, so if you are thinking about buying this product then know that the price is cheap and it has very high quality ingredients which can be checked by simply opening one of the capsules.

The pills do seem to be helping me with my ibs symptoms, so I can eat in the morning and go about my day without being bloated. The pills are quite easy to swallow, they're smaller than the omega 3 capsules and the coating backs it easy to swallow. In terms of weight loss, I'm not too sure whether it helps - but I would say it doesn't. However, it isn't making me gain weight so all in all I'd recommend I to anyone to aid digestion, relieve ibs symptoms and minimise bloating.

I have waited to write my review on this product until I had been taking it for a month so I could really test it out.I have been very please with the results and will be ordering more very soon.I am very active and feel that the ingredients in this have helped with my recovery from Ultra Marathons and have helped sort out some minor digestive problems I had been experiencing.I feel good and have a much more regular bowel movements.This is the product I have been looking for for a long timeWell Done Sash Vitality

Suprised this apple cider formula was prescribed for pain relief, it has helped me with digestion more than anything. On second bottle.

Well sealed and packaged. Been using these for a week or so now and I feel they’re helping me to feel less bloated, I find I’m going the toilet regularly so they’re keeping things moving there 😁.I’ve also been feeling like I’ve lost a few pounds too because my clothes are feeling a little loose, I have been taking these alongside green tea tabs so maybe the combo between the two is helping, I don’t know. I also am quite active and I feel like these help avoid the midday slump.They’re easy to swallow and only two a day, there’s I’ve had you have to take at diff times of the day where I’d end up just forgetting 🙄.Will defo be buying again!!!

Doesn’t work!

I’ve been taking Apple Cider Vinegar capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! They’re much easier to take than drinking liquid ACV, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion and energy levels. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient way to enjoy the benefits of ACV!
