The media could not be loaded.  It was a fun little experience switching out my old style of faucet with this new modern looking set. I’m very proud of myself because I could do this. It took me a while to figure everything out but it wasn’t that difficult. The ability to move the handles to any direction was the best feature to my knowledge. I think it could be the same with others. This feature resolved my issue with the tight space underneath the sink without any hacky solution. Anyhow, I’m completely satisfied with the product in term of looks and installation. The water pressure from this faucet is strong which is good for some people. Sorry I was doing this installation around midnight and my son was sleeping. Otherwise, he would be running around and mess everything up. Anyways, the quality is comparable to Delta because I have a set of Delta in my other bathroom. Except with my Delta is round looking and the nozzle part was sticking inside so I can see the difficulty getting it out. I’m happy with this product and it made the installation a breeze. Even though I’m not in this field nor a handy man.

I read through quite a few of the comments and ratings, my finding is that the product works as designed. comments: (1) Someone said it was difficult to install-- I find this to be not the case. I was able to install the product without looking at the instruction and I am not a plumber. (2) Another comment said that the tap was not facing the normal way-- well there are specific Hot and Cold taps if you swap them yes the handles will not face in a normal direction. (3) Another comment says that the water splashes all over the place, yes the water does splash but that is only because I should have ordered the sink to be a bit deeper, that's my fault. The product makes my bathroom look really nice. Had one issue with one of the two spouts leaking-- the Seller immediately overnighted a replacement for me.--great service... love this product.

Looked nice at first, but it was so difficult to install and the end of the faucet had glue everywhere. Good thing is that the faucet can be rotated like a kitchen faucet.Update:A year later, I decided to replace it because it looked so dull and ugly with the white mineral buildup and I couldn’t get it off. I think it is an issue with the matte black finish in particular. When it’s clean, it looks so sleek and modern. “Matte” and “black” were the perfect combo to show hard water buildup. It was also so hard to clean due to its shape (lots of edges and grooves…). There must be a way to maintain this matte black finish that is different from regular cleaning, or just try refinishing it…Anyway, it was splashing water everywhere on the counter because of the height and lack of aerator. At first I thought the waterfall was cool but it did not work for my sink. I had to keep the water pressure super low but it would still splash water. This was the main reason why I decided to replace mine…In my previous review, I mentioned about the glue on the plastic finish at the end of the faucet, and a year later it has gotten worse as well (looked dirty no matter how I cleaned it). So I would make sure to inspect all parts carefully as soon as it’s delivered because once installed it’s too late to go back…

Great buy. I was looking for a black faucet with a different design and a good value. I searched in several stores and was finding it very expensive, I decided to search on Amazon and found this one and it was really worth the effort. I purchased this and the faucet spout is already spraying straight up and out of the sink. Doesn’t work correctly anymore.

This faucet is very well made, sleek, looks great in my new bathroom. The installation was was not difficult but took a bit of time but I'm a DIYer, not a plumber. The water pressure is strong and I like that the faucet rotates. Looks very high end and the price was reasonable.

Looks so modern and chic and I love that but it can be a bit messy water goes everywhere.

The faucet is realitively easy to install. Some mechanical knowledge is really helpful as you have to fiddle a bit to get it lined up and working. The drain is a pain in the ass and needs a few adjustments to get it just right. The quality is really good as its solid brass with some plastic parts. So for the fiddling and its construction, it is well worth the money

I had to throw away this brand new faucet because I could not install it- the drain part leaks water, the faucets themselves could not be fixed in a straight position. It is such a waste of money! The technical support for the company sucks- they do not know anything. The girl on the phone said" I do not know anything about faucets". Seriously? Technical support????

Looks great, easy to install, everything included to do the job. Great value for price.

Really like it but unfortunately for someone reason keeps leaking thru the nut of the drainage i put plumbers tape and still leaking someone must be defective my guess goes to the threat

It really easy to install and the quality is very good. It kind of heavy, so I think it used a lot of good metal. The package is "Luxury" and I have no idea why the manufacturer makes the box like a gift box. Maybe it can be a gift for someone who just moved or just brought a new property. It worth the money I spend. Very satisfied.
