What’s the difference from the regular cleansing cucumber lotion?

The Regular Cucumber Cleansing Lotion is great for t-zone oily skin to help reduce excess shine. The Special Cucumber Lotion is for combination to oily skin types and helps dry up existing breakouts. The Special Cucumber lotion has made an amazing difference for my skin. The toner doesn’t dry out my skin, it has improved it ( unlike other toners that did the opposite and worse). It has never been or radiance. I’ve never been disappointed with Mario Badescu.

Will this help with under eye bags?

No not necessarily, it is a moisturizing toner. Overall my skin is clearer and brighter.

Does it work on dry skin?

Yes, I have combination/sensitive skin but this does not dry me out at all. I love this stuff!
