Awesome!
That's just awesome! I always add some grinded Parmesan cheese (100 g of Parmesan for every 200 g of mixture) and it turns out perfect. I would say as good as the ones you would find in Brazil :)

Hole in one package
I got the pack with 4, even though the packaging was amazing, very protective, unfortunately one of the bags leaked everywhere. I was upset to lose one, but I the cheese bread is worth it.

So tasty!
I'm a huge fan of restaurants like Fogo De Chao and their cheese bread.I've been on the hunt for a comparable mix for some time. This one is the closest I have found so far and it is tasty. I love the texture, the flavor. They are a little drier that I expected but I may have made an error in preparation. All in all, extremely delicious.

Next best thing to a bakery in Brazil
An excellent and fresh pao de qeijo mix that has strong Parmesan cheese aroma and flavor. The mix makes 20 medium sized bolinhos on a standard sized cookie sheet. The outer crust is a bit crunchy while the inside remains soft and cheesy. It's as good as many produced by padarias in Brasil. Add 100ml water, 2 eggs to the the mix, kneed for 3 minutes, make 20 balls, and bake at 350 F for about 25 minutes. The directions indicate baking at 350 F (180 C) for up to 40 mins, but it only takes 20-25 minutes to fully bake. 40 minutes will bake them rock hard.Shipping - Our 3 packages were packed too tightly in a UPS package and 2 of them opened at the seam and leaked powder mix into the larger package. No big thing, but we mentioned it to the seller and they graciously gave a refund- Obrigado! . We immediately re-ordered more.Side note: there are questions about expiration dates. Our packages bought Jan 2021 have expiry date for Oct 2021.Also - We found an older package of this same brand mix in our freezer, that we had brought back to the USA from Brasil in 2014. We baked it last week, and it still turned out well! The Parmesan cheese flavor was mild and the manioc flour didn't rise quite as well, but surprisingly the pao de qeijos were quite good, almost 7 years after product expiry date!

Amazingly cheesy!!! (Cheesy in a good way ; )
Super easy to make. Just add two eggs and water and bake for 35 mins with 350ยฐF (Instruction is 25 mins, but my experience was that it's not enough for the dough to grow. I think it depends on the power of your oven.) It tastes even more cheesier than any cafes/restaurants that serve pรฃo de queijo. Ever since I found this mix, I have never bought pรฃo de queijo outside. I also tried adding mozzarella cheese inside so that it melted in your mouth, but the original recipe is already good enough!

Yummy
Perfect! Simply perfect! I actually had the cheese to mine but depends on how much you like cheese and your bread I guess.

These are ok... but a home made recipe is better. Didn't come with English instructions
