No I don't. This is the only medicated lip balm I use. It's very minty and refreshing and heals my cracked lips very quickly. I've been using this product since the 1970's. It's not like a waxy tube of chapstick it's a cream and it lasts a lot ng time. It's not a paraffin it's a nice crey soothing product and works well for even the worse cracked lips
