I’ve been using these for storing coffee beans. They fit a12 oz. bag of beans perfectly. They don’t keep out 100% of the air, as you’d need a vacuum, but I’ve found they keep the beans fresher longer than in the original bags. The locks are easy to open and close. I’ve bought two and print up labels to stick on them.
