Just what I was looking for at a good price
I got this for my son, and he loves them. We are trying to avoid the wireless types until there is more research done about whether the wireless things can cause brain tumors. (I know that's alarmist, but do you really want to take a chance with your brain?) Anyway, he says the sound quality is great for what we paid for it. We could go up to a lot more expensive headphones, but maybe the research will be more definitive before too long and we can get the wireless.

Big Cups, Super Lightweight, Fairly Fragile
I had read the reviews on these before I bought them: they're flimsy, the cord breaks within 3 months, etc. They were so cheap I figured I would use them until they break, and then either buy them again or restart the hunt for the perfect headphones. These headphones broke today. The left-side arm got a stress fracture where they slide to adjust. I wore them 5 days a week, for ~5 hours a day, for 7 months.Pros:* Super light weight. I get a headache from heavy headphones resting on the top of my head. No trouble with these.* Super comfortable. I have big-ish ears, but the d-shaped ear cup is huge and fits my ears comfortable. Many inexpensive "over-ear" headphones end up being half-on-ear headphones for me, or they clamp too hard on my ears and get uncomfortable after a while. These are the best marathon-session headphones I've ever had.* Good sound. I am not an audophile, but I can tell quality from not quality. These have good clarity and a good balance. A little light on bass, but a decently balanced and not muddy at all.Cons:* Cable: Nothing bad happened to the cable the whole time I owned it, but it's this ridiculously thin, non-detatchable thing. At least it's flat, but I was sure that was where it would fail* Cups don't adjust that much. They don't really pivot in their mounts at all. This didn't really matter to me, because they were comfortable for me as is.So now they're broken. They are under warranty, but it would cost me more to ship them back to Koss and pay their $9 processing fee than to just buy another pair . . .I'm removing two stars for durability. I get that they're so cheap they're practically disposable, but I used these at my desk for 7 months and I never dropped them or abused them. They've been taken on and off my head maybe 5-600 times. They should be able to withstand that kind of light use. That said, I may have to buy another pair because they're just so darn comfortable. Or maybe I'll pony up for the better model: Koss UR42iK Over-Ear Headphones with detachable cord featuring in-line microphone &remote

Perfect over-the-ear headphones at just the right price.
I couldn't find these headphones at my local Wal-Mart earlier this year because they were discontinued; however, I really LOVE how comfortable that these over-the-ear headphones fit. Morever, they seldom break, not to mention that it only costs $15. I refuse to pay $100-$300 for other headphones that the chain stores want to charge or rip you off for; thank goodness that Amazon is so reliable! :)

good headphones
Simple to use which is what I was looking for. I didn't want to have something I had to keep charged.

Great Sound in a cheap set of headphones
Got these for my daughter and she loves them. I am a bit of an audiophile and while these don't live up to my standards, for the price they are a good value.
