Q: How stretchy are the legs ? I suffer with swollen legs & often find things do not fit them & are to tight or can mot fit legs in at all.

"Undercover" tights (with feet in) are very stretchy - I just bought 2 pairs of M size for 36/38 hip and 30inch inside leg length. Go for L if over 38" hip. They are lovely and warm and pull up well! Now looking for good thermal top to wear with them!

Q: What size should I get if I wear a 4uk?

I don't think the sizes go below XS - which is what I bought and I'm a size 6

Q: What are washing instructions

The label says to cold wash, cool tumble and cool iron.

Q: What is the difference between lightweight. Midweight and heavy weight!?

Thickness of the fabric. I have lightweight. I can wear it under most things. It is super warm. I notice the days they are all in the wash. Lol. Going to order more so that I have 5.
