Use it to fill my olive oil bottle with a narrow opening and it works great, love the cute design. But it’s best for funneling liquids. The hole is very small and it didn’t work very well when I tried to use it to fill my spice jars.

Cute and decorative. Need to hold up from the bottle or it will create an airtight lock on the sides and liquid takes forever to drain from the funnel.

This funnel was added to our Ototo family for my birthday this year, he has been a game changer as far as helping me not make a mess. The mushroom cap that pops up is super flexible however when you are using it as a funnel it stays sturdy and has never collapsed on me, and the "stalk" is flexible so it fits in almost any opening. The fact that he is silicone makes him so easy to wash and disinfect. He is really a "fungi" and he helps me so often that he has a permenant place on my counter.

Very adorable impulse purchase that I just "had to have". Looks cute in the kitchen with our other gadgets. In reality it's probably the most useless item in our kitchen. This bad boy is made of silicone and has a very small opening at the base of the funnel. This means that, as very clearly shown in the product photos, the only thing you can funnel with this is liquids. Or maybe table salt. I use my other funnel alot for refilling dried herbs into glass jars. This mushroom would NOT work for that. First of all the hole is too small (as I mentioned) for herbs to pass through even if you used a chopstick to force them through. And the silicone, it seems to me, is a material the herbs would want to cling to for dear life. Also, you will need a skinny bottle brush (or the ones used for reusable straws) to clean the narrow end of the funnel. Other than that it's easy to clean. Unless you transfer a lot of liquids from one container to another then this funnel should only be purchased as an adorable decoration for your kitchen. Otherwise, it's cute but useless.

Quería un embudo pequeño para cuando quiero rellenar la botella de reciclar aceite y esta pequeña seta me gustó mucho. Es pequeñita, coqueta y muy práctica para lo que necesitaba. Y al ser de silicona me imagino que se limpiará muy bien.

This is cute and functional and works as intended. Note that the smaller funnel has a narrow spout and that it is silicone, so some substances may get trapped in the funnel tube due to friction and narrow diameter. Consider what you'll use it for!
