I ordered this to recover the seat on my motorcycle and I absolutely love it so far. The material looks and feels great and even for someone like myself who is strictly a hobbyist with limited upholstery skills it's extremely easy to work with. It's shipped folded but after unfolding it and leaving it in the sun for a few minutes the fold creases were completely gone. The material stretches easily but a hair dryer or heat gun (used carefully) makes it much easier to stretch. I initially stretched it as tightly as possible and fastened it to the base of my seat without any adhesive and as few staples as possible and rode the bike for a few days to let the material conform to the seat. After that I removed the staples, sprayed the seat foam with 3m Super 90 spray adhesive, then reattached the material stretching it as tight as possible before stapling it to the base. When finished there were no wrinkles and the seat looked as good as if a professional had recovered it! I've only had it for a few weeks so I can't speak on the long term durability but I've put several miles on the bike in that time with zero wear showing. I feel sure that it will last quite a while as long as it's not abused. For a fraction of the cost of a professional job I have a seat that really looks and feels like new.

It is great for a range of uses but keep in mind it is very absorbent and will stain easily depending on your use.

I bought this by the yard to cover a wood restoration project. This was the perfect replacement. Thicker than I expected but nothing bad about that. It has a nice backing and feels very real. I used contact cement to adhere it to the sanded wood trunk and it worked great. I can't speak to durability yet and honestly, my project will just be an inside decor piece, so it should last virtually forever. I ordered too much, but I am very glad I did because I can't wait to find something else to cover. As a side note, this is PU faux leather so it is also good for laser engraving, which I need to do on mine, so that is great. I would recommend for good quality, fast shipping, as described.

I reupholstered my counter stools and I'm so pleased with the color and outcome. The chairs were previously black, but I feel they look better than before.

Gorgeous material! Not particularly trusting when ordering material online and wasn't holding my breath too much but I couldn't be more pleased- exceeded my expectations, exactly as advertised, precisely what I was looking for. Would definitely order again!
