Recently I've been suffering with a mild case of athletes foot (too much information?) as I've been hitting the gym and sporting hard. By the end of the day, my shoes and socks normally smell atrocious.I was looking for socks that would stay dry so that my feet weren't chilling out in their own sweat all day and that curbed the smell a bit.Today I wore these to play 2 hours of squash, I've done a total of 3 hours of long distance walking and played 70 minutes of football. 30,000 steps.I've just taken them off and they're bone dry. I gave them a sniff test and they smell exactly the same as they did when they came out of the bag.They're very pricey for socks, but when you're after a specific thing I was willing. No joke.. I'm so surprised and really happy. My foot would have itchy and peeling skin and some had red bumps that were itchy. Since I started wearing these socks daily my foot is almost completely healed. I really think it was an infection of some kind and the copper infused into these socks killed the infection, but I don't know for sure. When I double checked the description it says ankle socks so my fault for relying on the picture alone I suppose. Good socks but be aware they are more like the small sports socks you get, nothing like the picture unless you wore sick braces to hold them up.
