Volume button doesn't work and the chord is very short so you can't hold one phone and not the other. The phone button which seemed to be for picking or hanging up actually just mutes or unmutes you (your microphone). When the phone rings it works as if you had earphones in, so the ringing volume comes very quietly through the phone speaker making it harder to hear than when your mobile rings normally.Aesthetic and funny but not a wise purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Looks good didn't work for me. *by V***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 April 2021* I am hard of hearing so i thought a hand set would help me hear better the sound was poor and the volume control did not seem to work ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy for elderly who don’t like holding a mobile *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 June 2021* Fun item --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/160467860-tonysa-retro-handset-anti-radiation-vintage-wired-telephone-phone-call](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/160467860-tonysa-retro-handset-anti-radiation-vintage-wired-telephone-phone-call) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
