ONE THING TO NOTE: As with all chocolates, if you are ordering in warm weather, ASK THE SELLER IF THEY SHIP WITH ICE PACKS. I would estimate about a quarter of all the reviews I ever see for chocolate on Amazon ends with them saying it was melted upon arrival.These things are fantastic by the way. In terms of pricing and quality, I'd say they are a mid-priced dessert snack. Unlike many US chocolates low and mid priced, these focus on the taste rather than the sugar content, and the stick shape actually grew on me because I realized that the longer surface area means you taste more of the chocolate with every bite, and that's important with more expensive chocolates. After all, food is for eating, and dessert is for tasting. In my opinion, the dark chocolate one is the best, but admittedly I generally prefer more bitter or strong tastes with my foods.This specific package I actually bought for my mother for Christmas several months back, because they are hard to find in stores and I came across a few in a mom and pop store and after eating one brought some back for my mom. One of the things she said she really liked about it was how much taste you get from each stick (the whole surface area thing), and that each individual stick was low calorie overall so they are nice for the chocolate fix without having to eat a whole chocolate bar.I pretty much love these across the board, but it wouldn't be a fair review if I didn't try to come up with some downsides. One thing of course, is that the actual chocolate volume you get per dollar is low; the design compensates somewhat for this, but sometimes you don't just want a chocolate taste, you want to immerse your mouth in chocolate, and these things are individually too tiny to do so. I haven't had the opportunity to see how well they hold to temperature fluctuations (the box says 85 degrees) but I would assume they are the same as other chocolates. The higher price per volume also means you can't scarf this down as easily, which I could see as a downside to someone who uses these as a sort of blood sugar regulator of sorts. I may not have diabetes, but EMERGENCY CANDYBARS ARE REAL GUYS, I SWEAR.Overall, awesome as an occasional treat, or as a nice chocolate that you can regulate consumption of. For me, I'm in the first group, because I just end up devouring these. In fact, I think I'm going to order some dark chocolate ones right now. Whether it's procrastination on my assignment I should be doing now, or my grumbling stomach forcing me to make rash food purchases, now that I've talked so long about these I really could go for some more.
