Four Stars
I love this product, and have been really pleased with my results. For me it wasn't for weight loss, but just toning. So I'm not sure what you'd have to do to see weight loss. Though, even with my very inconsistent use, as in 1-2 times a week, if not every other week, I've still achieved muscle tone in my thighs and calves that I'm very happy with and have never had before. I don't use the bands personally, because I sort of created my own routine where I incorporate manual pushups and crunches. But I can imagine the results would be even more impressive when you use the whole system, on a regular basis. I definitely recommend, especially if jogging or walking on pavement is hard on the knees and ankles, which is another reason I purchased. Low impact, high level of results. If you turn your feet outwards a bit, you can even get a good inner thigh work out. Good luck and I hope you get the results you seek!

I love the air climber
I love the air climber, mine came with the dvd, cords, owners manual and the nutritional books.I tried the easy air express and didn't feel as though it had worked, but the next day I could hardly walk! I have only used it twice as I have only had it a week, I am very impressed with this product I shall continue to use it, and hopefully I shall finally get skinny thighs! I have tried a lateral thigh trainer but this just bulked my legs up! must go now I can't wait to get back on the air climber!

Tough on muscles, gentle on bones/Bigger than you expect it to be.
I have moderate to severe osteo arthritis in my knees. I cannot excercise in any conventional way yet my doctor says that building the muscles around my knees can help me remain mobile for awhile. I don't want surgery just yet. But I was stuck in a catch 22 situation. I could not do the one thing that would help me.This is a very low impact item. I don't see how anyone could lose weight with it but I did feel the muscles around my knees responding to the effort. The knee did not have that horrible stabbing pain I get with walking. I was able to do it standing and even sitting, though sitting works a different group of muscles.Thing is, this thing is actually quite big. It is pretty wide and a bit high. Finding a place to store it proved a bit challenging. It looks almost like a large child's toy.

Meh
Bought it, was excited about it, have used it twice in 3 months. It makes a weird noise, and I feel like I'm going to break it everytime I get on. I usually work out by running on the treadmill and thought this would be a nice break from the standard routine - apparently it's not. The band that is supposed to work your arms is awkward and makes the base tip unless you pay close attention to your step/arm pulling rhythm. I am a sucker for infomercials, and wanted to love it, but unfortunately I do not recommend this product.

Air bellows blew after 6 weeks
The stepper gets a 1 star for quality and durability. I am a former college athlete and a physical rehabilitation therapist, therefore exercise is something that I have experience and extensive knowledge in. I had this stepper for 6 weeks and both of the black air bellows detached about 30-40% from the red plastic it was attached too. With the bellows detached the stepper become unusable... Just useless, like I was stepping on two flat tires. Damaged air bellows = no air flow. No air flow = flat low steps with no hydrolics. This stepper was $89.99 and I was out of compliance to return this item and I did not want to have to deal with the horrible manufacturers warrinty and return policy. I emailed Amazon to express my disgust with the air stepper quality and amazon was able to work something out with me and I am very pleased with the outcome. Now back to the stepper. I loved this stepper. For the past 6 weeks I used it 5-6 times a week 25-30 minutes set on 2-4 resistance level. It provided a great workout and I could see and feel weight changes in my body. This is the first portable mini stepper I have ever purchased. I do plan on purchasing another stepper because I had such quick great results with the air climber. However, I will not be purchasing this brand again. I figure that at $89.99 a pop for an average of 6 weeks of use, I potentially would be spending $360.00 a year on multiple steppers (I'm factoring in the stepper being replaced 4 times a year). I decided to make the investment in an aluminum Xiser stepper for $450 with a 5 year warrinty.

Love It
The air climber really works and does what it is supposed to do if you do what you are supposed to do :-). The dvds are absolutely great and help you get a great workout in a short time.I had a modest goal of losing 10 lbs and I started to see my weight drop as soon as I started using it.It is made of plastic and is absolutely light weight which is great as I can move it around the house or where ever I want to without breaking my back.

Used not new
Though the stepper seems to be working good, it was not new. Only one video came with this and there is suppose to be three. And the stepper was already put together and where you but your feet slight wear. I know this because I bought a brand new one from HSN and my son wanted to do these work outs with me, so decided to by another one. That being said it works, just hope it does not breakdown on me soon.

I love my air climber!
I have lost 50+ pounds using the air climber and platinum burn and firm workout TWICE in my life (after both of my pregnancies). Recently, not due to pregnancy, I put on a good 15-20 pounds. Unfortunately, my old air climber broke after 7 years of use! I was so happy to find them on amazon! The first air climber that was sent wouldn't hold air in the bellows, but the exchange was quick and painless! I definitely recommend buying one!
