The cultivation and processing of our pastariso organic rice pasta does not contribute to further degradation of the environment and we go to great lengths to ensure the total process is guaranteed gluten free. We divert over ninety percent of our waste from the landfills by providing all food waste to local farmers and all paper to a local recycler. We have made great strides in reducing energy consumption by investing in efficient equipment and clean burning gas boilers. Future plan includes further use of solar energy.

I have purchased GF and Vegan mac by other brands and either gave it to the dog or thrown it in the yard for the opossum. So I am so delighted at the deliciousness of this. It is the only vegan mac I have tried that doesn't taste like chemicals or nutritional yeast. I used rice milk and earth balance in it. It did not require even half the margarine it said, so that is a bonus. I bought 3 cases. I plan to eat each box as a single serving in sweatpants while watching Star Trek.

Creamy but doesn't remind me of cheese.
My husband enjoyed this product but I find it to only take "okay." That being said I am really looking for something that reminds me of The Kraft Dinner I enjoyed as an omnivore, and while this isn't terrible, it isn't great, either.

Delicious!!!!!
This vegan and gluten free mac in cheese is a hit in my house! Even the baby loves it! This is one of the best vegan and gluten free mac n cheeses that I've purchased. It is quick, easy to make and delicious. My only wish is that the box was much bigger, so I could eat more!

Really good Gluten Free Macaroni and dairy free cream sauce packed with protein, and tastes great with a dash of pepper or hot sauce. It may not be for every one, but as a Celiac with bad dairy intolerance looking for a boxed meal with protein, that's gluten free and dairy free it is pretty neutral. Also has no coconut, flaxseed, or quinoa which is plus since they bother me. I used smart balance and soy milk to make mine.

The sauce tastes great!
The sauce is delicious! We pour the sauce over regular pasta to get a better texture because we are not gluten-free. There are vegan version of everything, so there's no need to exploit animals any more!

Good sauce, Gross noodles
While I actually really like the flavor of the sauce, I can't stand these noodles... I understand they're GF, and it probably doesn't help that I'm not used to GF noodles, but I thought they were super gross (both chewy, gummy, and too 'rice-y'). I'm probably just going to cook my own noodles and use the sauce, which should taste pretty good. :p

Wow...um........
I love plant based foods.I didn't love this.Pasta cooked up perfect. Good texture.The problem I had is with the "cheese". It smells like rotting garbage. It tasted really salty even thought it isn't high in sodium.I don't know what to think.
