Vibrant Health Joint Vibrance Orange Pineapple, 21 Servings

Okay, first off, I want to offer an apology to those folks who gave this powder a rating of "1" because they said it was horrible to mix up and drink. When I read their reviews, I thought they were a bunch of weenies to complain about the taste, appearance, and mixing issues. So long as a product gives you great benefits, who cares about taste and mixing...right? Boy, was I wrong. As a long-time daily drinker of this same company's Green Vibrance powder, I assumed it would be pretty much like their other products. I always mix their Green Vibrance in 6-8 oz cold water and stir briskly. It looks (and probably tastes) like the stuff I clean out of our Koi pond. I chug it down as fast as I can because of the taste, but since it gives such noticeable health benefits I don't dread drinking it every morning. I tried this same technique with the Joint Vibrance powder. The container says to "stir briskly" to mix into water or juice. Well, you can stir briskly til the cows come home...it's not going to mix well by just stirring. It's almost like the powder repels the liquid so you end up with foaming and big clumps floating on the liquid and sticking on the side of the glass. I tried but couldn't manage to gag down more than a sip. Ended up making a fruit smoothie in the blender in order to drink it. So for those of you who don't mind making a smoothie EVERY day, it'll be fine. The powder did mix up okay in the blender and the taste did not affect the smoothie taste too much. I understand that others have had success with mixing in a shaker jar with liquid. Haven't tried it yet. You may be wondering why I would give it a rating of "5" after reading my comments above...but the product really does work great. Before buying the Joint Vibrance powder, I first bought it in the pill form. By the end of my third week on the pills, my knees were greatly improved. I've had knee surgeries for cartilage/tendon issues and my orthopedist has suggested a replacement for one of my knees. I've tried other products like Osteo Bi-Flex with little or no improvement. I'm in my early 50s and very active (former runner before knees became too bad)...so was really looking for anything that can hold off a knee replacement for a few years. I now use both the tablets and the powder...the powder on days when I have the time to make a smoothie and the tablets for those days when it's easier/faster to swallow 12 pills. UPDATE (10/18/12): I had stopped taking Joint Vibrance for a couple of weeks. Mainly it was because I had run out of both tablets and powder. For the first 3-4 days, my knees still felt the same...so I didn't reorder the product, thinking that maybe my joints were going to be fine without it. Then we went on vacation for a week. About 5-6 days after stopping the Joint Vibrance, my knees really started to hurt. By the time we returned home, my "surgery" knee throbbed and "gritted" so much that I could barely walk on it. I immediately reordered both tablets and powder. It has taken nearly a week of regular use to get my knee back to where it had been before I stopped using Joint Vibrance. I don't kid myself that I won't need a replacement in a few years; but it is very obvious to me now of how much this product has helped me. Won't forget to order again. Also, over the period of time that I've been using it, I've found that I don't mind the taste at all. I think the initial foaming of that first time really did a number on me. I still generally use a blender with the powder, but often I'll just mix it with water and a little ice.

Anyone who has joint pain should try this. It's been a life saver for me. I have to add a little bit of liquid iv to make it more palatable but alot of people i ask don't have a problem with it. It's pricey but so worth it IMO.

I’m 55 years old and have been out of work for almost 2 years because my husband is disabled and I’m his only caregiver. Since I’ve stopped working I noticed a lack of energy and I haven’t been as limber. I use to say I kept my husband young (he’s 7 years older than me) but now he’s making old feels like it anyway! I ordered this despite the reviews saying it didn’t taste good and it’s the only collagen that accepts fsa/hsa! I was nervous about the taste because I have a sensitive stomach, I can’t do bad tastes lol I mixed it with 8oz water and I also added my daily emergen-c in my protein shake cup, I have to say it was so good!! I wanted more after I finished drinking it lol My results after almost 3 weeks is that I have more energy, I get up every morning without hesitation and I also joined a morning chair yoga class! My nails are growing so much that I have to clip them at least once a week my hair feels thicker and my knees and ankles feel a whole lot better! The only con I have is the price for a three week supply, either bring the price down or make it a month supply! 🙏🏼 Update: I received this on the 24th of February and I should have enough to take one scoop till the 16th of March, today is March 14th and I just made my drink and there’s not enough left to make a whole scoop, it’s missing more than a scoop and a half 😐 not happy about that. Update 4/13/2024 I may not be happy about price and serving size but I will definitely continue to buy! I have no more joint pain, I feel great!

I read all the reviews before purchasing this for my sore knees. As a 49 year old ultra-marathon runner, I wanted something to help rebuild cartilage in my knees and get rid of the soreness I would experience on long runs. This product has an amazing array of ingredients, which include many supplements I was already taking like MSM and glucosamine chondroitin. It is unique in that it has both Type I and Type II Collagen and in a nice robust dosage. I had no issues mixing the product since I used it in smoothies which were combined in my Vita-Mix. I imagine using a blender would resolve any issues with mixing. I saw some complaints about the container being only half full. That is common for companies to use a single size container for multiple products and some of them will not be entirely full. You get exactly what you pay for -- 21 servings/scoops of powder. You are not being ripped off, although more servings per container would be nice. My main criticisms of this product are the cost and the use of flavouring. At $46 a container, it seems far too much for 3 weeks of collagen and some supplements you can get at any drugstore. You can pick up collagen powder for half as much, some with more types of collagen (multi collagen). And even worse than the price point is the use of the "Orange Pineapple" flavouring. It does not go well with everything and is not even pleasant on its own. The only way I could mask it was by using it in a green smoothie. The greens seem to overpower the strong unpleasant taste of the powder, making it almost palatable. I used this product for 6 weeks because that is how long it takes for collagen to start working. I did notice that my joints hurt less starting at around 4 weeks. I just did 45 miles of trail running this past weekend and had some knee pain during the run, but nothing like I used to have and absolutely no pain afterward. While I would have to say that this product is effective with long-term use, I am now using a less expensive unflavoured collagen powder and hopefully will continue to reap the benefits.

Definitely helps with painful knees

I decided to try this product to replace all the ones I was taking in pill form (ie MSM Gluc./Chond etc. etc.) This product has everything I was taking individually plus a few. I calculated the cost of this versus my individual products, and it was close. I am giving the product 3 stars for two reasons. First, I was led to believe there is a month's supply. The jar clearly says 21 servings. That said, It seems to go further than 21 days. I'm not sure what is going on with that. Second, it is a little difficult to mix. It doesn't dissolve as well as my rainbow and my green products. However, you can get it dissolved it just takes a little more time. I mix this and the rainbow vibrance in about six ounces of water and mix until I can get it down. None of these products taste good, in my opinion. For me, they are like "medicine" in that you hold your nose and drink it down. The less water I can use, the less I have to drink, ha. I can't really speak to the effectiveness. As I get close to 60, I have been having joint aches and pains. Following my mother's example, I started loading up on the joint protection supplements a few years back at my first pang. I don't know that any of these things prevent arthritis over the long term, but I do think they help. As long as I can afford to do so, I will continue to take whatever preventative/helpful supplements I can find supporting research on. Miracle cure? Not hardly. However, what I will never know is how much worse things would be if I did not take preventative supplements. On the plus side, I like this company and their products. The recent recall gave me the creeps, but I appreciated them putting the info out even though no one had reported illness.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO NOTE, that my review pertains to the JOINT VIBRANCE with ARTHRED, VERSION 3.0 ONLY!! Which I have been told by the Company (Vibrant Health in CT, 1-800-242-1835) is no longer produced and has been replaced by the NEW Version 4.0. This new version 4.0 not only has heavy flavoring (Orange-Pineapple)as well as 70 grams Stevia extract (leaving me with a terrible after-taste, a migrane and stomage upset), BUT, MOST IMPORTANTLY, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COMPOSITION OF INGREDIENTS WITHOUT ARTHRED (!!!!) AND IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME AT ALL!! I wish the Company would get back to what worked such miracles. Version 3.0 with Arthred.!! What follows was/is my review of Version 3.0 with Arthred: I have suffered extreme pain in both thumbs because of arthritis for more than a year. Pills hardly help, but this "MIRACLE" product literally eliminated the pain after using it daily for about 2 weeks!!!! IT WORKS, IT REALLY WORKS!! ....and it's affordable!!!! This little daily "treat" has made my life worth living again!!!! It is important to note, that it is important to CONTINUE TAKING IT DAILY, although it is easy to forget, once the pain is gone.....it will return and "remind" you to take it! But, it is affordable and well worth taking for the rest of my life!

I have been using Joint Vibrance for four months. Yes, the taste did change since they changed the formula. I called and they are working on that problem. I figured out for myself if I mix it with warm/hot water it mixes really well. I do not use a full scoop, and I use about just a small amount of water, I also add about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, and I add orange juice, apple juice, prune juice; whatever I have in the house. I just chug it down. Amazing results for me, and I am putting my 85 year old mother on it, and my 87 year old friend. We will see if it helps them. Joint Virbrance was recommended to me by a doctor, who said one other doctor in the clinic was using it and he adds the olive oil or flax seed oil. They have been recommending it for Arthritis and were having good results. I was ready for knee surgery 5 months ago, and feel I can hold off much longer. No pain. Good Luck to you all that are using it. Remember just mix it with the warm water, and I use a fork to stir it. Mixes very well! OH YES - the doctor's office said to give it at least 3 months to work. For me - it worked faster than that.

As a personal trainer in Dubai, I’ve been recommending this product to my clients for joints. Through years of use significantly their situation improved. Of course you need to use minimum 6 months constantly. Really beautiful composition and price is reasonable, taking into account how complex it is. I recommend 2 scoops a day, because some clients tried 1 scoop and results weren’t good enough in 3 months, but the ones using 2 scoops were feeling significantly better. I use it as well and do an average of 20.000 steps a day and helps me feel good I would add one fact, some clients did not like the flavor, but after mixing with half orange juice half water they told me now can manage to use. Of course this flavor cannot like everyone

Joint Vibrance is an excellent product and has helped immensely with the knee joint issues. The powder version is much easier to use vs. the tablets. Definitely worth a try.
