Sound Off Rec MCUVHD Cruise Control Kit For Newer Harley-Davidson Models (Yr 1990 +)

I used this to replace a competitor item that cost $145 which I was able to return. That item also worked well but this item was less than a third of the cost and I think it works even better and not as bulky. Very, very easy to install on my 2010 Harley Softail which also has the aftermarket grips with the large rubber bumps. Great item, great price.

Item does not fit on my grips. The only way to tell this for sure was to take it out of the package and try it. All though it was never used as it would not fit they refuse to accept it as a return because its been opened. Do not buy if you have aftermarket grips because if it doesn't fit they refuse to be courteous enough to accept it as a return, even though their return policy says they don't accept used items returned and says nothing about opened packages.

I had to bend the bracket to get it to fit my 2012 FLSTC. Took it on a test ride and it definitely works. Makes it awkward hitting the kill switch. We’ll see if I keep it on, probably just need a throttle boss or something

I have one for another bike and decided to buy this for my Harley. This time, unfortunately, it was not as good. It is not a direct fit for my 14 Breakout. I had to bend and reshape the brace in order to get it to work. To reshape, the finish was compromised. What's already a bit of an eyesore, now is a dinged-up eyesore. It does the trick but was not as smooth as the version for metric bikes was.

Super easy to install. Not too tight that I can't manually override in an emergency. Will definitely save me some hand fatigue on longer rides! Very happy with an inexpensive fix to no cruise control.

Works great on my 2011 heritage softail. Super easy to put on. Took less than 5 minutes. I love that no modification had to be made to my bike.

Bracket is designed to keep lever clear of kill switch and start buttons. Made lever high for my thumb. Added a small tab to mine to lower lever to the level I wanted. Works great.
