Excellent item at a very good price

Saw leaves a little bit to be desired.

I have a pair of shears that I've used to cut thinner moulding pieces, but for harder woods or thicker mouldings, I needed something stronger. I don't have an electric chop saw, but with this I really don't need it. The saw was a little difficult to get going and seems to stick in places, but I could always work it loose for smoother sawing. Either way, it enabled me to cut the mouldings exactly at the right angle and made my project look a lot more professional.

The saw and miter box worked well for cutting the quarter round for my house. It handled the ~300ft of 11/16” quarter round fairly well. The saw is not the sharpest, but with rapid back and forth movement, it cuts soft pine adequately. Beware that this is probably not the saw you want to use for cutting something such as a 2x4. The box is sturdy enough. I fixed it with screws to another board and then clamped the assembly to a sawhorse to make a sturdy work station. For the price, it gets 5 stars from me for quarter round.

this works as a last resort when cutting a miter for baseboards, but the top of the saw blade catches on the plastic slots preventing the blade from cutting all the way through. Next time ill just bring my powered miter saw…

Easy & cheap life saver from newbies of DIY home projects

For the price, and the ability to finish my small project, 5 stars. Needed 3 cuts of door trim to complete a small door frame repair and the product worked much better than expected considering the price. Made my three "cuts" and got the job done. A couple of bits of advice for using this product, do use "quick grips" on table to stabilize your cut, and take "quick," short strokes when cutting, especially when starting your cut. Think finesse, not brute strength. The longer and slower your "cut," the more difficulty you will have. I planned to throw it away when I got done, it earned a spot in my storage shed. Lastly, if you are concerned about cutting into the plastic, finish your last cuts out of the "box" if you can manage it.

Buen producto cumple con las descripciones del fabricante, es de buena calidad; los trabajos realizados generan un corte exacto y correcto; si es recomendable algo de experiencia en el uso de un serrucho para no estropear la herramienta, como recomendación sería bueno agregar un juego de sujetadores para maximizar la herramienta y todo su potencial

J'ai utilisé ce produit pour faire des angles parfaits. Le seul petit bémol que je peux apporter, ceci concerne, la lame elle devrait avoir une protection. Ce commentaire est plutôt constructif. merci

Son de calidad y no me ha dado problemas después de varios trabajos. Es buena compra porque es 2 en 1. No me arrepiento, lo uso y me encanta.

Buen producto, el único detalle es que las ranuras están muy estrechas y eso dificultó el trabajo.
