Good system at a good price
This is a soft foam piece that fills the space between the two twin beds to convert to a king bed. The best part of the kit is the belt that keeps the beds from separating. The insert has loops which attach to the belt to keep the insert from moving. The system works well once a mattress pad and sheet have been place over this piece. My only minor complaints are that the insert was quite wrinkled but still stretched into place easily and the belt is extremely long making it difficult to wrap around mattresses. You’ll want to cut off part once it’s securely in place. These are small complaints though. My six foot two inch son found the bed comfortable and secure once everything was in place.

A different use.
We have an older sleep number mattress that the sides were breaking down and the middle had a dip. I tried to work with a couple companies that specialized in airbeds but got no response to my questions. Then I saw this item and thought it was worth a try. It's not perfect but solved 70 % of our problems. I added the center strip to the existing air bed middle strip, it makes it mound a bit but I'm sure it will work to a level position and it did solve the body rolling to the middle. The strap doesn't hold the sides in as much as it needs to but a big improvement. To get the most out of the push in we tightened it to a position that made the corners crunch in but didn't ruin anything. All in all it was better then wrapping it in duck tape.

Ditch the straps and use multiple fitted bed sheets
We enjoy joining 2 mattresses as they act independently so when someone moves on their side, it doesn't affect the other person and we don't end up sloping to the side with the heavier person. After making this purchase, I find that we would have to readjust the straps every few months as the connector would begin to sink between the mattresses over time. Here is an easy fix that will keep your beds connected all the time.1) Put down a fitted king-size sheet over the 2 mattresses2) Put the connector on top3) Put down another fitted king-size sheet over the connector and the 2 mattressesNow your mattresses are held together by 2 king-size sheets and the connector will never fall between the beds over time.

It's very visable
This bed bridge seems to fit fine however no one has slept on it as of yet. I can say with the bed bridge, a mattress cover, sheets and a beadspread you can still see the bed bridge. I layed on it it seems comfortable enough but you can definitely tell it is there.

Amazing quality
Love this product. I have looked everywhere for something that would fill the gap...not even the store we bought our bed from knew of such product. So glad Amazon recommended it to me

I needed a bridge
We just got a split king adjustable base bed (two xl twin mattresses). We like to sleep in the middle of the bed, but there was a gap between the mattresses that bothered us. We decided to order this bridge because it was pretty wide. It works very well, it's not perfect, but it does a good job of filling in the space. It also comes with a belt that goes around the two mattresses to keep them together. That has been wonderful too. Even when we raise or lower one bed and not the other the belt stays in place. The bridges goes up and down with the bed that's being raised, but after the beds are flat again it goes into place easily. This system is exactly what I needed and we're very satisfied with it.

Clever idea to close the middle space.
Was a great way to keep the two twin mattresses together to form the king size. Worked perfectly. So far so good. No indentation.

THIN not memory foam
Pro: fabric is nice quality and appears well sewn.Con: that nice fabric is covering simple 1/4 inch thin cheap foam. The part that goes between the mattresses is thicker but malformed due to shipping method, and doesn’t have any stiffness to hold it down. The buckle is overkill- would work as a tie down in the truck bed. It will either protrude under the mattress pad or smash into the wall if I put it at the head of the bed. Also very heavy so I would anticipate it sliding down unless I squeeeeeeeeeeze the mattresses.
