So good! It's important to be extremely careful if using to extract milia because it punctures the top layer of skin. The lance is sharp so I was able to easily nick and create a tiny hole that allowed extraction. I watched a few YouTube examples to see ideas about positioning the lance before I tried it out. I'm super impressed. I have also used Qtips to remove the keratin ball, but the wand end of this tool is very effective. My skin is extremely prone to scarring so I apply pure Vitamin E twice a day to each spot, for a full 10 days after removal. Highly effective. Saves a bundle on derm appointments.

Purchased this in order to remove a stubborn millia, and this did the trick!Worked like a charm, but my suggestion is to look up instructions or a YouTube video on how to do it and use the product. I finally decided to try and remove the milia that had formed around my eyes on my own before seeing a dermatologist. When I searched 'milia remover' this item appeared along with some facial treatments.It's very easy to use and didn't cost much however it should definitely NOT BE USED FOR MILIA. It may be great for popping pimples but my doctor explained that pimples are pores that have been blocked and milia are skin cells trapped under the top layer of skin and not within a pore. So if you try and pop milia with a lancet it will only cause inflammation and irritation. Nothing can be pushed out.I know companies want to include as many uses for their products as possible but it seems irresponsible to state this product can be used to remove milia because it definitely can't and shouldn't.

I couldn't be happier with this tool! I've had a milia on my temple for a few months now. I've tried squeezing it myself which didn't work, I've tried tea tree oil and a serum specifically for milia and neither of those worked either. I just received this tool today, unwrapped it, took it into the bathroom and in less than 3 minutes was able to extract the milia. Poof! Gone! After months of being annoyed with it, it's finally gone! I have a few under my eyes that I'm not brave enough to try just yet but will probably give it a go. Great product, highly recommend!

This tool works PERFECTLY. I only recently started getting milia and was very frustrated that serums and other "home remedies" were not working. I ordered this after reading reviews. Everyone raving about this here is correct: this is THE perfect device to remove milia. I literally got it today, ran to a mirror during a break and took care of one bothersome milia in less than :60. Don't forget to sterilize it before and after you use it. Perfection!
