Excellent product!
This resistance band is the best I've ever seen! Ones I've used in the past stick to itself and tear very easily. The texture and weight of this is perfect for the clients in my Pilates reformer studio. Even my clients who are the hardest on the equipment are using them without breakage.

light tension, not as wide as other thera bands
the strength has a nice easy give to it. Perfect if you want that light tension. The width is narrower than most other thera bands. I don't like that so much, because it makes it hard to control the band when you stand on it for side walking.
